Our family visited Mackinac Island in June (first time my kids have ever been), from Louisiana. But I forgot to buy our traditional vacation bumper sticker. I emailed Mackinac Island Tourist Bureau to ask them to recommend some souvenir shops that might be willing to help me. Benjamin’s was the one I contacted, and I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! There are LOTS of gift shops on Lake Shore Drive, and we stepped into most of them on a busy 4th of July. The staff at Benjamin was particularly helpful. When I bought a post card, they also sold me a stamp (how convenient), and they also offered to mail the card from the local post office so it would have the local post mark on it.
