We purchased a pair of sunglasses that were marked 175 and before we left the counter we saw that the receipt said they were 225. So we asked on the spot for them to honor the price or we wanted a refund. They wouldnât honor the price marked and said we would see the refund in a couple days. We left the island later that day and headed out of the area for the next week. We noticed a week later that the charge was never refunded. We tried getting ahold of this business online and by phone. Neither worked... on our way back through we decided we would buy tickets to head back to the island to get some answers. The ladies at the front desk kept saying it was refunded so we called our bank and made the banker tell them it wasnât. We finally got ahold of the âbossâ for the time being. We told him the situation and he was the most unprofessional person possible. He said it was our fault for booking tickets back to the island for this and that he would not give cash back. He ranted about how none of their refunds went through for the past few weeks. He tried to make his business problems, a customers and thatâs not how it works.
