Little Luxuries — Local services in Mackinac Island

My daughter and school group had an awful experience here! They accused her of stealing earrings that were clearly not missing, but still of the shelf. They also accused another girl too, but ended up just accusing my daughter in the end. They went as far as calling the police and having the whole group come back to the store. My daughter is 10 and this was a school field trip. It was a large group. They were with chaperones, teachers, parents, etc. so they were not by themselves. There was video proving that my daughter never took the earrings at all, but looked at them and left them on the shelf. The police officer was not nice about it and kept calling my daughter a liar, but she stood her ground. Her bags were checked by the chaperones proving further she, nor the other girls had the earrings. In the end, it was proven that nothing was ever missing, and the shop employee accusing her said there was a misunderstanding and NEVER apologized. Love, Love, Love this little shop it's beautiful and unique. I bought the goat milk lotion while at the store. When I realized I could order online I got all scents! Staff was great I will be back but until then thank you for the online option! Not sure how to do a new review but I absolutely love this shop. I just ordered online again. And the owner personally text me to let me know my order was coming and apologized for the delay. How cool is that! I(I didn't even think it was delayed!) I'm loving purchases,gifts as well as a little something for myself. The Jenna Kator bag!!!!! 💕 Can't believe it took me so long to get one.

Little Luxeries is still my FAVORITE shop on the island! The very first shop I visited my first time there. The staff is always helpful and friendly. (Got a JennaKator bag this time) And discovered a new perfume Lollia. The Instagram post always make me miss the island so much! But they also help me feel like I'm still there. Love...

Little Luxuries of Mackinac is definitely my favorite boutique! I’m from St. Ignace, so when I come home for a visit during the summer I always make a point to visit Mackinac Island at least once so that I can stop into Little Luxuries. I know I can always find a few favorites, but also always find something new! There is everything from wine to body care, to clothing, handbags and jewelry. I love the selection of cards, postcards and cute magnets too! Nicole is so kind and friendly, as is her staff. This is also where I was introduced to my favorite handbag designer, so I always try to make my Jenna Kator purchases here. I manage a women’s clothing store in mid-Michigan, so anytime I have a client tell me she’s headed to the Island I always make sure to tell her to find Little Luxuries during her visit!💜 I can’t wait to visit...
