Landing Company — Local services in Madeira Beach

Went with my brother to the St. Pete's location while he's visiting from Toronto for his bday. He purchased a beautiful bracelet. He wanted the matching ring but they didn't have his size. The 2 ladies that assisted us were so friendly and helpful. I'm all about good customer service!

My brother loves men's jewelry but mentioned that not many places carry a good variety for men. Landing Co.'s jewelry, quality, and selection is quite impressive. The price point isn't too crazy. You pay for good quality but it doesn't break the bank. Great selection of stones, metals, and wood.

The plan was to bring my bro to Sarasota the next day, specifically St. Armand's circle and give him a tour. It so happens that the ring in his size was at their St. Armand's location. I had no idea they had a location there. Lol I told him that it was meant to be.

Landing Co had an even bigger selection of men's jewelry at the Sarasota location. I also fell in love with all of the jewelry. I even told my son to take note and let his dad know I loved a ring there! My brother ended up buying the ring and another bracelet! Sheesh! This guy was on a roll. It's been pretty consistent! Their employees were also helpful and super nice! We felt the same vibe as their St. Pete's location. I hate uptight places, especially jewelry stores. Landing Co. has a warm, welcoming vibe.

Tomorrow is his last day in Tampa and guess where he wants to go again before he goes to the airport? Yes, Landing Co. This time, we are going to their Madeira Beach location to add more to his bracelet. We pretty much did a Landing Co. tour in Florida. I will say that the selection of jewelry here is very good and the store and their jewelry are beautiful, but the prices are very expensive. I guess lease prices in this area are probably very high. I purchased a piece of larimar jewelry here, which I paid much more for than I'd initially budgeted for, but I was desperate to find a gift for my friend's 50th. When I got home my husband kind of freaked out and convinced me that I was crazy so I agreed to take it back. Unfortunately this store's policy is to not offer refunds. I wish I'd known that before purchasing, as it is my policy to never buy from a store that doesn't offer full satisfaction guarantees on their product(s). The necklace had literally never even been taken out of the packaging and it was easily re-sellable. They explained that their no-refund policy was on my receipt and I explained that I didn't have the receipt until AFTER I had purchased the product. I guess it's on me for not asking about the return policy prior to purchasing, but I won't be back, and I'm not sure it's worth losing a customer over. I would like to commend Jessica Gillespie for her kindness and professional work ethic she displayed during my recent shopping experience with the Landing Company. Super friendly, knowledgeable and a real Magician. It was a wonderful experience and an even better surprise the next day. I had admired a piece of jewelry for my bracelet, but just didn't " need " it at this time. As she was helping me with my bracelet and some minor purchase I did make mention again about that one particular piece of jewelry. But, I did not end up buying it. We finished the sale and off we went. Now, I don't know when the piece I had been looking at was purcshed by my wife, either that day or the next, but when I put the bracelet on that evening WHALA, there was the piece I was admiring. I'm sure Jessica played a part there somewhere, and I'm glad she did!!
