Edit: In response, we enjoy the brand and that is what brought us to your store. In love for your customers you should give a disclaimer of possible defect of the product. Also, let the customer know these same shorts are on clearance for a third of what you priced at. Of course they were worn, how else would we know the defect. It was up to your team to make this right and that did not happen. Even chubbies brand would frown upon your service. This is simply bad business. At this point my objective is to let other families know not to spend their hard earned money in your stores. We love johns pass, love chubbies brand. When attempted to exchange the sales associate said to pick another pair, we then spent time looking for a different pair that would not have same problem. Brought them to the counter only to meet the manager Luis that would not allow the exchange. Even more ridiculous was we went on chubbies website to see they were on clearance at 35 dollars. Their staff is super friendly, and when they didn't have my size in stock, the manager (Luis) went above and beyond with unreal service level. Communication was on point and delivered on his promise by shipping it out as soon as the item came in stock. Fantastic experience.
