He approached her very aggressively and positioned himself between my daughter and i to yell at her. When I told him "sir, I'm right here with her. " he told me "although you've taken care of it, those are not toys." I reiterated to him I was aware but I'm right here and addressing her to make sure she was gentle with the items. He proceeded to kick us out of his store. I am a very involved parent who teaches her daughter respect of all things and people. Bought a 55 in rainbow kite for about $37 here while I was on vacation. Used for the first time for a kite flying event in Atlanta. Every one else ordered a $10 kite from Amazon. Mine was the best! 1 of the cheaper kites did even make ot up because it was hard to assemble and missing pieces. Another was was too damaged to fly after crashing. Mine was the biggest but it was the easiest to assemble with only one crossbar. Best quality, easiest to fly, and most durable. I crashed it several times before getting the hang of it and it was unscathed. The string was not the kite string I remember as a kid that stayed in knots. This string untangle very easily. Bought a kite. It broke when we were putting it together as directed—one of the horizontal stays punched through the sleeve that held it. They allowed us to exchange it for the same kite. Second kite broke the second time we flew it in normal beach winds. This time, same problem but with the vertical stay. Second time (different employee) wouldn’t allow us to return it, saying “our kites don’t break” and saying “we don’t know what you did with it,” implying that we had misused the product. We were prepared to purchase products worth double the value of the kite, but we took our business elsewhere.
