I like Dunham's for the most part .what i dont like is to be followed all around the store they must get rob or people must shoplift alot. And i must fit the description. I normally get my boots for work there i also check there 1st for sales and clearance stuff.so i go there alot. If there is not anything that i like on sale i leave so lets say im in the 3 to 4 times a month. I know they see different people there everyday. But this store has never been busy like the Target next door i have never seen it and i go alot. I got know some people by name . Is they can do something about the customer service that will be cool. How obvious is it the wherever i am the same sales or lost prevention person is fixing a rack right next to me .... look im going today its not the store its few people that think im stealing everytime im in there ..get it together guys. I picked a model that I wanted. When I relized that my Father is able to recieve a 10% discount for being a disabled war vet, I picked asked him to return with my to make the purchase. He was denied his discount because they said the item was on sale. Now I understand that this can not be used with any other incentive, but we didn't. This was just the marked price. The cashier call over the manager & he was not much more help. My father explained "I use my discount at LOWE's all the time as long as I am not using it with any other coupons or discounts." The manager responded with "Well your not at Lowe's". After serving in the Army & being unable to work due to his service, he was offended that they were so rude & unhelpfull. I felt like a bother when I asked a different store employee, who then had to ask another, to help me find two standard tarps. Once they got to the right aisle and found it, they walked away quickly without even saying anything. I was going to ask for help, as the tarps were on the highest shelf way above my head at 5ā8. Almost caused a bunch of stuff to fall down from grabbing it myself lmao, but the two store employees seemed to be in a hurry to get back to what they were doing.
