Madison, Indiana. What can I say about this place that's not already been said. I tell you I never get tired of driving down there. Checked the river out and it was kinda up with alot of tree limbs and stuff floating by. Met some nice people from Ohio. Told them about the boat races that Madison has on the the river. This was a nice waterfront area. The only complaint I have is the restrooms did not have winterized faucets. No hand sanitizer to be found! Luckily the water fountain outside of the bathroom was working, so I grabbed some soap and washed my hands in the water fountain. Nasty how many people I saw not even think about that and just left without cleaning their hands😝. If you're going to have a working water fountain, then why not...

As city parks go, this is a winner. Tons of waterfront property, covering the whole downtown historical district dedicated to public space. Amazing boat ramp, walkways, public park and pool all adjoining the walkway going over the river. There's an ice cream shop right in the park and lots of park benches.
