Bought a dress from here for a wedding next weekend. Tried it on in the store with a bra on, bought it, then when I tried it on at home without a bra, it was too big and didn’t fit me (it’s not the type of dress you can wear a bra with). I instinctively took the tag off when I got home before I tried it on, since I bought it and didn’t anticipate on it being too big once I wore it without a bra. I took it in THE NEXT DAY to return it (hadn’t even been a full 24 hours) and the owner (man) refused to take it back because the tag was off, therefore it was “used”. Again, this was the day after I bought it. About a week later I reattached the tag in an attempt to get some worth out of the money I spent (because they DONT do refunds, ever. only exchanges or in store credit, which was not made clear to me until after I already purchased the dress, as it only stated that ON THE RECEIPT) and the man once again said it was used because there was a slight deodorant mark. He was EXTREMELY rude, saying things like “do you want me to lose money?” and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. It’s disappointing because this is a fun store to browse, but just out of principle, I’ll never be going back there. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. And honestly, yeah, I do hope you lose money, because you’re bad at customer service and don’t care that I’m losing money. He said he was “very understanding” but- news flash- if you’re being understanding, people won’t question whether or not you’re being understanding. I couldn’t wear this dress even if I wanted to because of how much it didn’t fit me. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Don’t give greedy people your money. Save yourself the money & the headache and shop...
Read moreLess than stellar customer service. I visited their booth just now during the street festival and they had a lot of items available for good prices. I had grabbed 5 items and wanted to try things on because dress sizes can vary and why would I buy final sale items if I didn’t know they’d fit? I asked the gentleman outside if I could try things on and he said he didn’t have anywhere to try items. When I replied with “oh” he then changed what he said and told me the wait time was long for the fitting rooms, so I asked if I could wait and he said yes. I go inside and there’s literally no line for waiting, but I was told by the woman inside that I couldn’t try on their $5 sale items (2 of my 5 items were these). When I asked why, she said it was because people would always take too long to try things on and then most often not buy anything, while other customers were waiting for a fitting room. So I asked her if I could try on my 3 regular items then come out and let someone else try and go back in when no one was waiting to which she told me “no, you can either buy them or not, they’re $5”. I get it, it isn’t expensive, but I don’t want to spend any money on something that doesn’t fit me. I’m glad I didn’t just blindly buy because their sizes are so inconsistent, I tried on a medium that fit like an XL and another medium that fit like an XS/S….I only ended up buying one item but I don’t see myself wanting to go back to that store. If you’re going to sell clothing, understand that your customers want their items to fit before purchasing. So disappointed that I was lied to by the first person and then treated like an inconvenience...
Read moreThe size range offered at this store is quite limited. There are very few styles that come in XL (or even L for that matter), and if you are around/above size 12 you will be hard pressed to find a single item that fits. They do have a large selection of dresses (though they're typically either very short or floor length, not much in between), but this shop is clearly geared towards small women. I'm not sure if the shop has air conditioning, but I visited on a humid summer day and the door was open with no A/C running; the last thing I want to be doing is dripping sweat while looking at/trying...
