This place is such a gem! We've stayed in other condos in the Kihei area over the years and this is our favourite. It’s exceptionally well-equipped (coolers, boogie boards, good beach chairs, water bottles, etc.), the bed is comfortable, the décor is warm and welcoming, and the entire condo is as neat as a pin. We instantly felt at home. The owners provided more than enough dish soap, plastic bags, bath towels, etc. for the full week we were there. I really enjoyed the view from the ground floor patio and had many morning coffees there. We also watched the sunset every night on the beach, which is a very short walk just across the street. On our last night, there were whales about 200 yards from shore! We really enjoyed our stay at Laurie and Jeff’s beautiful and charming condo in Kihei. The condo was really clean and well equipted, super well located and had everything to facilitate our stay and make us feel at home. Laurie was always available and fast to answer all our questions and make sure that everything was alright during our stay. We loved the pool which was a real oasis just a few steps away from the condo. We also loved the beach that was perfect for swimming, snorkeling and watching the amazing sunsets! We could also see many hawaiian green sea turtles at the beach which was magical! We also loved surfing at Kalama Park, which is only 10 minutes drive from the condo. Hale O Maluhia is wonderful 1 bedroom condo at the Kihei Akahi Complex.

It is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach #2, which is a very nice beach, all you really need.

The condo itself is very well equipped. A nice kitchen with all the utensils, a nice living room that opens up to the ground floor lanai, steps from a pool and BBQ area. The bedroom has space for luggage without impeding traffic. Beach Accessories including: umbrellas, beach chairs, Morey Boogies, some smaller plastic shovels and buckets, a nice big kid shovel, three coolers, and a wagon (I loved the wagon).

I’d go back and stay at Hale O Maluhia again. Knowing in advance it has all the beach gear and a well equipped kitchen, in a nicely appointed condo, guarantees me a great beach vacation!! This...
