Disappointed by the Service at Lululemon Whalers Village and Shops at Wailea
I donāt usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience in hopes it leads to improvement. My wife purchased a Maui-printed sweatshirt from one of the Lululemon locations here. Unfortunately, the medium was too small, and Iāve been trying to exchange it for a large.
Over the past several days, Iāve called both the Whalers Village and Shops at Wailea stores multiple times, only to be told that inventory is random and that I should keep checking in person. Iāve spent the last three days driving back and forth between the two storesāan extremely frustrating experience on whatās supposed to be a relaxing vacation.
On Friday, the Wailea store confirmed they had the sweatshirt I needed in the back room, but couldnāt access it because the air conditioning was down. When I returned at 7 PM, I was again told they couldnāt help me and to call back the next morning. Iāve tried several times since, but no one is answering the phone.
This entire situation could have been solved so easily with a bit of effort or follow-through from the staff. Itās disappointing to end my trip on this note and even more frustrating to feel like my time and effort were dismissed. I hope the district manager sees this and takes action to improve the...

They sell Hawaii exclusive gear and note they restock at 9am and sometimes in the afternoon. But if you ask they will tell you when, completely transparent and honest. The only thing I disagree is you now have to pay $10 per item extra for the logo of the islands on your gear. But if you really want something special it is worth it but due find the amount somewhat high especially when we were a family of 5 and bought over 15 items, so to spend $150 extra for logos is not right!!!!! I hope they will reconsider this policy or if you buy over a certain amount make a fixed amount and not a price per item. Love the store!!! Thanks for helping us and making our gear...

Noticed the blonde white customers right after me were happily greeted and helped. I am of color. I donāt usually point this stuff out.
I wanted a Hawaii printed item and was curtly told by a brunette white woman that it was unavailable; yet she told the other white customers told they could try and call another day to get an item. Also of note literally no one helped me or said hi etc. There were a few people there who could not be bothered.
I was so disappointed and honestly hurt. Terrible store!!!
