My family and I were seeking to update the furniture in our family room. We shopped around the Toledo metro area at many retailers before stopping at Furniture Palace. We met Juan, whom is the manager at the Reynolds location in Maumee. Both my wife and I were impressed on his approach, sales style that was calm, cool, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, professional and not pushy. We found that the Reynolds store had the number of couches we needed in the model, comfort and color style we were seeking. When we decided to make the purchase, Juan even was able to work with us on a reasonable/fair price. We had the furniture delivered to our residence. Unfortunately, the day of delivery came, and the 3 seat sofa arrived damaged. Right away, we called and spoke with Juan. He communicated that Furniture Palace would be responsible for providing us with the same exact replacement sofa at no cost to us. Juan had to order the sofa replacement and we just had to wait. Well, as promised, the replacement sofa came in undamaged and the delivery people placed in our home. Before this experience, we have never shopped at Furniture Palace. Corey was very helpful with our selecting a furniture set and assisting us with finance process. He answered all of our questions and was very professional and polite. Was very satisfied with our experience. They kept us updated on time frame in which our products would be arriving and warehouse and were apologetic for any delays due to the virus as well. Nice selection of bedroom and living room furniture. They have 3 different finance companies they work with to get you approved on the spot with only a $50 deposit. When we went they had a 4 to 6 week wait for anything not currently at warehouse but they will try to get you something as soon as possible and take great care of your needs.
