Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Maumee

Typically when I come to this location (I shop at the Maumee location quite often) all the employees are very welcoming, and helpful. So this review is definitely out of the usual! I stopped there today 09/18/2023 to pick up something quick, and when cashing out the cashier was very dismissive, and when I asked a question (repeated the question twice) and he proceeded to continue his conversation with another employee, and once he decided to acknowledge me and my question I received from him "WHAT" with a you're interrupting kind of face. At this point I finished my transaction and didn't bother replying. Again this is definitely out of the norm, so I brushed it off as he may have had a bad day. But never the less I find this attitude very disturbing if you're choosing to work directly...

My spouse and I went in to get a few things for our business and Brooke and Judy both greeted us. Brooke placed our order for us and always knows when we come in it's for the Business and we have an order and she's always right there we never have a problem when we go there wish other stores were like this one. Not the place it use to be. I use to utilize this place for my business nearly everyday before I retired. Had not been there in several years. Decided to host a large family Christmas gathering.
