Poor Customer service. I use to work in the food service arena and I know how it is when closing time is approaching but that does not give a service provider the excuse to be subliminally rude, dry and lazy to any consumer who is there to spend their money. It's the consumer that got the business to it's popular state and if they all stopped buying your goods how would the business succeed/survive any further? Customers just want that courtesy to know you care about their request even if you really don't at least pretend until they leave. But yes POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is exactly what we experienced last night at this location. The acting manager, lead or whom ever he(Tom) was acted as if we were bothering him because we asked a question upon arrival. Overlooking that. I ordered anyway and my finance wanted the same thing so we said to double the order he acted as if that was an issue. I handed him my money to pay for the food and he practically threw the money in my hand as if that too bothered him. I guess because we offered him the change to even the dollar after. I don't know but he had an issue before then. We wanted to replace lettuce and tomatoes with pickle and banana peppers which on a sign said were no extra charge but didn't know we had to inform the cashier whom already had an attitude from the beginning of me placing my order. but we asked the person making our sandwiches and he acted as if it was an issue because we didn't know to tell the cashier. If these add-ons are free then we didn't see the issue in just adding them when we asked. We were very disappointed in the way we were treated as customers. My fiance said he will no longer visit this location and had he paid he would have requested a refund and took his money...
Read moreSo I come here often and I never have a issue or if I do it's resolved with no problem. But today I needed my refund because again these young children don't wanna do their jobs. I ordered a sub and asked for Cajun mayo instead of regular mayo. First time I get my sandwich it's wrong so I go back and inform them and they take it to fix it with no problem. Get it back and realized these clowns wiped the mayo off and put the Cajun mayo on top of the mayo I didn't want, then the kid Elena tells me she didn't wipe it off and clearly she did. I never have an issue when Simone is on duty, she respects her customers money and time. Elena doesn't care, she didn't even know how to process a refund on top of trying to have an attitude. All they had to do was remake my sandwich and they're too lazy to do that, smh. I should've taken a picture of it to show proof but who lies about mayo, I simply didn't want it on there and they could not fulfill the order of a customer properly. Elena is not manage material as she lies about simple things. Better luck next time. When the appropriate manager is on duty. Annnnddd yal taking donations??? And they can't even respect my donation and get my order right, I don't care if it...
Read moreI pulled out this white residue out of my steamer. I’ve had this about a dozen times over past couple of years at the Destin location where I live. This is first time eating it anywhere else. I’m not sure what this is. It could be fat? It’s upsetting because I was looking forward to this.
Guy making the food today was excellent at service. Location is super clean.
Once I pull off the top half of the white substance, I ate it anyway. I’m hoping someone from Corprorate can contact me with a voucher to give another try, otherwise this is probably last time I’ll risk eating here.
You have Subway, Jimmy John’s, Blimpie, Publix, and Jon Smith Subs that will run circles around this so just be careful because everyone’s meal is important to them especially when they’re starving and they’re paying $15 for a basic sandwich
I rarely write a bad or lukewarm review. But I hate roasting people that are trying, but just don’t know any better but whatever this slop is should not be on a sandwich. It’s supposed to be corn beef I thought and there’s barely any corn beef on it and most of it is this...
