I was double charged on a day they were having issues with their POS system so that part is not their fault. Although some training on the systems you are using may help the staff. I called multiple times and spoke to a few different ladies. However 2 times I called I did not receive a call back even though I was told I would. I was also told that they passed it up to their payment processing company and still to this date have not seen a refund. While the processing was not in their hands the lack of communication and effort to try and resolve this issue is in their hands. I will not be returning. Enjoy the extra money you charged me.

One lady that works there tries to be helpful in an extremely fake and nonchalant way while not paying attention to a single word you are saying and trying to sell the complete opposite of what you are looking at, you meaning the customer which at the time was my daughter trying to find a nice looking shirt for a graduation. Went shopping at this store to buy Christmas presents for my wife on 12/15. I told them I was buying the clothes for my wife for Christmas. They NEVER told me there was a 7 day return policy. When my wife opened the presents, some of them were too big. I take the clothes back and try to get an exchange and the lady tells me there is a 7 day return policy. So basically, when my wife opened here presents on Christmas Day (10 days after I purchased them) they were not eligible for return or exchange. I feel like they should have made this clear at the time of the purchase because I would not have purchased the items. Beware Apricot Lane Mckinney has the most insane return policy so I’ll never be shopping here again. I had bought a dress for pictures and knew I needed to return within 10 days for store credit, which wasn’t a problem. But what I didn’t know/realize was that I had to return within 10 days and choose something else to “purchase”. They wouldn’t give store credit and let me “purchase” something else at a later date.
