The ladies who work here are 100% FIRST CLASS! I stopped in for the first time two weeks ago. I happened to be walking by and spotted a beautiful dress on a mannequin that I tried on and purchased. The sales associates all made me feel like a valued and long time customer. They are so fun and so so sweet! As I was paying I left my cell phone on the counter. Trish was the wonderful associate who assisted me. We left and stopped at another store and I did not realize I had forgotten my phone. Trish tracked us down and hand delivered my phone. She even told us she called her daughter to find out how to figure out how to find me and then even looked me up on Facebook. I am not on Facebook but seriously, WHAT a lady! I found a dress I was searching for online at Cynthia Elliot Boutique. I live in a different part of the US from the Boutique and didn’t realize that I was making a purchase from a single store in Texas and not just an online site. When the dress arrived, I received the nicest note from Cynthia welcoming me to her store with compliments about the dress. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit and I had to return the it, but the return process went very smoothly. We have many family traditions that have become such blessings for me. One of those is our annual day after Thanksgiving girls trip to McKinney square to visit Cynthia Elliot Vanlandingham and all of her lovely staff at her adorable shop! We aren’t sure of the exact year we started this, but we do know it’s been well over 30 years! We try on beautiful and unique clothes and model for each other, all the while being pampered by Cynthia and friends!
