I had a beautiful sapphire bracelet given to me by my husband as a Mother’s Day gift. As I was looking for places in my area that fixed jewelry, I really wanted to give this place a chance. I was very happy with the great reviews they have. I went in for the bracelet adjustment, I needed a few links removed for it to fit me without it sliding off. I dropped off the bracelet on Wednesday, a few days after Mother’s Day. They told me it would take one week for it to be ready. I called back one week later & was told it was ready. As soon as I get home I inspect it noticing there is a chip on one of the sapphire stones. I am angry. It’s a brand new bracelet! I call the place and they tell me to come back. When I show up I get told “this happens” that’s not something I want to hear. They say they are able to replace the sapphire stone with another one which would take another couple of days. They call me telling me it’s ready, I inspect it and it’s ok. The sapphire stone is a different shade of blue than the original ones. I am very upset with this experience & should have gone elsewhere. Most definitely will not be coming back as I needed my other jewelry...
