Super RUDE staff. We had relatives in town and they wanted some Texas shirts. My son entered before we did and they asked him to leave until we were with him. Within a couple minutes we were inside and they then watched our teens like a hawk. My son was holding something of minimal cost but fragile and a woman said “I can take that from him”. My nephew then picked up a whistle and blew into it. I was planning on buying it because he blew into it and because he really liked it. Before I could pick it up myself to buy it, another worker rushed over and took ALL the items from the tray and said “I’m going to go wash all these now”. My 11yr old sat on the floor, criss cross, waiting for us to finish shopping and the woman got upset and told him to get off the floor. We left without buying anything. It’s unfortunate, as we were genuinely interested in browsing the collection. I would strongly encourage the store’s management to consider additional training in customer service and professionalism to ensure all customers feel respected and at ease...

I’ve worked retail a lot in my life and you let customers finish looking around in the store, maybe make an impulse purchase, and lock the door to keep new people coming in. But no. These are snobs. Rude. Guess they didn’t want us to buy anything. And from other reviews doesn’t look like we’re the only ones who think they’re rude....
