So disappointed in the customer service. Iāve been shopping here for years- itās been my favorite store. I purchased a dress at the grandscape location a couple weeks ago. The entire store was 30% off at the time. No signs or warning that everything was all sales final. I specifically asked if I can return it and she said yes (I realize this is grandscapeās fault, not mckinneyās). I saw online that they have the same dress in blue and I liked that color better. So I came to the McKinney location (closer to my home) and found the dress in blue. They refused to let me exchange it. Mine was still in the bag, tags on, never worn. I did not want a refund- just to exchange it for the exact same dress in a different color. They said that sales items are all sales final. It was not clearance. The entire store was 30% off. This is a terrible policy. The entire store was all sales final? With no signs or warning? And I couldnāt even exchange it for a different color? I really like to support local businesses when I can but customer service like this does not make it easy. Unfortunately, I am going to stop shopping here because I do not believe in treating customers this way. I gave 2 stars because their clothes are cute but customer service is important to me. I will be finding another...

My mother and I brought it to the attention of the sales person sitting at the register. She stared blankly, didnāt acknowledge anything, but after I said so?? She offered a store transferā¦as if I was supposed to know what that meantā¦after I asked, she said that the item would take a few days to get to that store and Iād have to come back. I donāt live nearby so there was so option for me to do that. She never once acknowledged that the items were stained or offered to ship, I asked about shipping and she said it would cost ME $10 to ship. She didnāt once acknowledge that the items were damaged and was extremely rude.
This store sells extremely overpriced clothing and the sales people are very stand offish. To be treated like this at 9 months pregnant, I will never ever shop at this store again and I encourage others to find these items elsewhere - like Amazon where they get their...

No greeting, no offer to help. 5pm on a Monday and I came ready to buy 2 dresses. Not one offer to help me, no acknowledgment I was even in the store, tried on dresses, no interaction with me, and then as I said goodbye, one girl actually responded after I initiated a conversation. That was it.
To the owner- Your customer service is non-existent with the women you have running your store. If your sales are down, this could be your reason. I watched them ignore other women coming into the store. No greeting talking to each other. Literally acting like no one is in the store. It is horrible.
I used to shop here all the time, adorable clothing, helpful staff and attentive to sizing changes. Please bring back...
