I was looking forward to visiting Daniel’s Jewelry this morning to get my ring resized and purchase a new wedding band. Their posted opening time is 11 AM, and I arrived right around then. I understand that sometimes businesses need a few extra minutes to open, but after waiting outside in the heat, I asked if they were opening soon. The response I received from an employee was quite dismissive—she simply said, “in a minute” without acknowledging that I had been waiting. Even then, it took several more minutes for her to actually turn around and assist me.

I understand that things can get busy, and I could have waited in the shade or come later, but my schedule didn’t allow for that. A little more courtesy and attentiveness would have gone a long way. Dropped of my rings to be sized over 2 weeks ago. What was supposed to be only a 2 day turnaround took 2 weeks and several promised dates and times for it to be finished, pushed back. Today I was supposed to pick it up at noon. I arranged my schedule to accommodate them, only to arrive at 1210 and be told the jeweler had just left Carlsbad and has my ring with him. When I finally picked up the ring later in the afternoon the jeweler and another lady used the younger worker as a sacrificial lamb while they hid behind their work and ignored me. The lack of professionalism and integrity was obvious. I wouldn't purchase a 25 cent candy ring from this place after my experience.we were supposed to receive a $35 refund for our troubles, however the store conveniently didn't have cash. The $35 doesn't cover the cost of fuel to drive down from Chino today, return home in Menifee and then another round trip...

Called this location and they tried to up the price on me! I called the location in Temecula and Perris both are on the same page on the price of a men's wedding band I was looking at. When I called back to this Menifee location, they were all being rude and said that I was "lucky" to be getting that price to go with them but they cannot do anything about it. What the heck?
