Huge selection of clothes, I spent a few hundred dollars here and would have loved to come back to buy more. However, the customer service towards me wasn't so great. Although one employee was helpful, the others seemed to be bothered when I asked for their help. I shrugged it off. I had to go back in to return a few items that I had bought for my daughter because she didn't like them, and the employees had the same attitude, but it's almost as if they were offended that I just wanted a refund instead of exchanging. I would have loved to shop around for an exchange, but was in a time crunch since I had to pick my kids up from school. I'm glad I didn't though, since they didn't seem to appreciate my business anyway. It was just a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. I will find somewhere...

Came to do some last minute back to school shopping, knowing I waited too long to shop I was nervous to come in but was pleasantly surprised! There was a little bit of a line when we first walked in but it quickly shortened. We were greeted be every team member who came across us and asked if we needed any help. Even though they were busy they were all very eager to help and I appreciated the kids working today! We actually got quite a bit of clothes for the money we spent! We managed to get everything on our list in one trip! They did a great job getting backpacks down for the people waiting in line and trying to make sure everyone was seen, even before they got to the register. I’ve been here twice in the last couple months.. the customer service is horrible. The first time I went I thought maybe the employees were just having an off day.. I was very wrong.. Not sure who is hiring these people to work here. They all seem very annoyed when you ask for help, they didn’t greet me as I came in. Guy seemed super annoyed when I was checking out. I’d rather drive to the Temecula location, because the customer service isn’t as bad as this one. They don’t have great selection.. Awful experience, and I do not recommend...
