I don't even no where to begin. This experience was HORRIBLE. They act nice in the beginning, but then cheat you of your money in the end. The staff told us that if our boat went to 4 meters of depth or below, that we had to raise the propeller. The boat had a broken depth meter, so while we thought it was 6.2 meters, we actually hit the bottom. We immediately stopped the boat, and there was no damage to the boat. Some rust rubbed off of the propellers, but based on pictures we took before taking the boat out, the rudder was in the same condition after. When we got back to the marina, they informed us that we would either have to pay $400 on card or $200 cash for "damages," or we would not be able to get our $1000 security deposit back. We explained that the meter was broken, but they did not care or believe us. We asked if they were going to check the meter, and they claimed that they would, so we asked if we would get a refund for the $200 fee if it was in fact broken and the propeller hitting the bottom was not our fault, but the manager said no. We asked to talk to the owner, and she gave us his number and we called multiple times, and he did not answer. We heard the manager whispering to the owner on the phone talking about us, and we asked her why the owner is not answering, and she said he was busy because he is a ship captain. Complete scam of a business, spend your...
Read moreTruly cannot believe how difficult it was to work with this company. Be warned that this is not a jet ski company, but a third-party booker. You pay them $40 and they book a jet ski for you. They do not actually own the jet skis. Their number goes straight to voice mail, so you are unable to contact them with questions. We booked a 1 hour jet ski rental through them. We were provided an address and, per the website's instructions, got to our location 1 hour early. Upon arrival, we found no sign of any sort of jet ski business, no signage, no employees. We waited 40 minutes for any sign of a business to go over the requisite boater ID and life jackets, and presumably further instructional matters- nothing. And because this business is very difficult to contact, we were only told, 30 minutes in, to call the number provided from the official vendor's email. Said email did not provide any sort of number either, making it impossible for us to contact anyone who might have a clue what was going on. We were waiting along with a group of four other people who were having the same difficulties as we were. We ended up all leaving, no jet skiing. The whole affair ultimately felt a bit like a scam. Save yourself the $40 a head and find an actual jet ski...

I will tell you why: -The machines are limited and you can only use about one third of the power! You can hardly go over 20mph! -You can only ride in a very limited area, it is very small for a 1 hr ride and you are bored traveling back and forth in this corridor in about 15-20 mins. -One of the workers travels with you and threatens to finish your ride and not return your $500 deposit if: -you travel outside the corridor, you race with your friends, you get closer than 30 feet to any other vehicle, you flip over,.. so on so on.. leaves you with a very unpleasent ride! -it is not $109/h as adverised, it is $149/hr plus $500 deposit and they dont apply $15 discount coupons, saying 'today is so busy, maybe next time' -They count the 60 minutes starting that you paid the charge, it takes about 15 mins to undress, lock your stuff, wear jackets, listen to rules and wait your line to go into water. And they finish it 10 mins early, further limiting your travel area.
So, it is a 40 min ride for $149, in a limited area, limited maneuvering, risk of burning another $500 if you flip over, on limited jet skis which can barely go over 20mph! I wouldnt ride it if they have told these at first place! Protect yourself!...
