Rossi Boat Rental — Local services in Miami Beach

I would NOT recommend this company. Our group of 13 rented the 40ft Meridian and it was the worst boating experience I've ever had!

The A/C was turned off inside after an hour, so it was extremely hot. With a lack of deck space, we had to just deal with it to keep from being crammed next to each other.

The boat had roaches which is disgusting. I saw one run past my tote bag and later found out there were roach traps around the boat. That means they know it’s infested. We had to make sure we shook out our things before getting off at the docks.

The bathroom had soap but didn't have any water, so we had to wash our hands with bottled water.

Several panes of glass were cracked and the boat in general was in poor condition...seats peeling etc...

Our Captain Andres G. was extremely rude and wasn't personable AT ALL. When he did speak with us he was curt and unfriendly.

Example: Asking why we were listening to music that we couldn't understand. Several of us speak multiple languages...including Spanish.

He also got into verbal altercations with other captains which was very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. He was full-on yelling and cussing other people out. When we past through a channel with restaurants/retail stores and other boats asked him to slow down-- he completely ignored them.

When making our way back to the marina, he didn’t even bother to wait until the last person had cleared the side and made it upfront.

The sudden jolt caused her to fall overboard and lose her phone. We had to scream for him to stop the boat and he offered no assistance to help her get back on.

When you're paying over $1,300 - $1,700+ you expect a good experience. Trust me, you can find a better company to...

We had an amazing time celebrating my sisters graduation party! The captain was super accommodating and the boat was beautiful. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to have a good time...
