I requested my son to leave message for me because my English is not good. I visited Luli Fama Lincoln Road on Halloween and had a disappointing experience. The store was disorganized, and I felt like I was in the middle of a chaotic rearrangement. When I started shopping, a sales associate, an older white woman, approached me and reacted unprofessionally when I spoke to her in Spanish. She laughed in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and mocked me, continuing to giggle and hover nearby. I spoke to a Hispanic staff member and expressed my dissatisfaction, stating that if I were in charge, I wouldn't employ someone who is rude and unable to communicate effectively. Not only is this store stunning, the client servicing is exceptional. As soon as I entered I was greeted by Belen and Evie. Evie took her time to assist me and personalize my shopping experience with suggestions. She paid close attention in gauging my likes and what looked flattering. She helped me find the perfect bikini, learn more about the brand, and suggestions for the future. The designs are beautiful, especially the Treasure and Flutter designs. I popped into a store out of curiosity, having heard of Luli Fama but never shopping there before. Leslie warmly welcomed me and showed me their gorgeous new collection. She encouraged me to try on some pieces, and I ended up falling in love with their swimsuits - I bought my first set!
