GNC — Local services in Miami Beach

typically when i go to the GNC in my area the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products, and if they don't have what i want they find the perfect alternative to meet my nutritional needs. i was on vacation and went to this GNC to buy some quick on the go bars to have something to eat if i was to et hungry during my trip, i was surprised to walk in and walk around for about 10 minutes, and even though the store was practically empty (no other customer but me) they didn't even tae the time to ask if i needed help or even acknowledge i was there. instead, some went to the back room, were on their phones, just a disaster. then i finally go up to the register to get rung up and the employee has the worst attitude in the world, refuses to give me my member discount. worst experience I've had as far as customer...

My experience here was awfully disturbing. I visited 4/30/23 around 5:15 PM. The employee helping me with the pick up order questioned my identity numerous times when I provided the email receipt and identification. After I reiterated that I was in fact the person who placed the order and who was picking it up the employee proceed to say that she thought I was picking the order up for my boyfriend, which was very odd after I stated that I was the person a plethora of times. The employee seemed baffled that I was woman with a unisex name. Also, as the employee was handing me the 2 bags she asked me if I was sure I could carry the bags in a condescending way.
