Horrible experience rude attendant My wife aproached this gentleman that was the attendant at this public parking lot because we have lost the ticket my wife grid to get his attention several times but he seem to be more interested in his phone and after several attempts he finally looked over with a really angry face and said what !!! My wife said in sorry but we misplaced our ticket and can’t get out ! He then say that not my problem go. Back and find it if not you have to pay $50 cash no C/C accepted yelling when I get out of the vehicle to see what was the yelling about he looks and me a screams WHATS UP N WORD we was totally shocked !!!! Read moreBEWARE! 2 hours "free" parking applies only if you exit the garage before the 2 hours expire. If you exit after 2 hours they don't give you the discount for the first 2 hours. I spent a lot of money in Publix and Ross, but I was there for more than two hours (mostly because I spent half of this time in lines in both stores). At the exit they made me pay full price for 3 hours parking, instead of giving me the first two hours free, like Publix in Brickell or Trader Joe's do. I had all the receipts. Ridiculous! I was supposed to pay only for the 3rd hour, not for 3 full hours, because I'm a buyer there, not just parked and left. I know how this system works everywhere. This garage is a rip off. At this moment the first two hours of parking are free. Doesn't matter if you shop any of the shops or stores in the building, or if you go shop in nearby stores, or if you visit someone in the neighborhood. First two hours are free.
