We visited this store in Feb 13, 2019 and Diego took great care of us. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with the needs of the customers. We were very thankful.. then I needed to exchange the glasses I purchased b/c the nose pads were not what I wanted and the second time I went Yenny helped me (beginning of March 2019). She was very understanding and attentive to the concerns I had (we found a new set of sunglasses-which I am very happy with), especially due to the fact that I had visited the Aventura kiosk that same afternoon and was not treated at all like the South Bch store. The young woman behind the counter was quite unprofessional and did not believe me when I explained the reason for the exchange-she called her manager and they refused to abide by the guarantee they sell sunglasses with. I felt very uncomfortable at the Aventura kiosk and would recommend against anyone going there unless that manager and staff have been trained on customer service and ethics. Diego was attentive and very helpful showing us different sort of frames. Once the frame was selected Lynne -the super talented store's optician- took over the process measuring my husband's pupillary distance making sure that both frames and lenses would match perfectly with our Dr.'s prescription. The whole process (from selecting the glasses to receiving them) took less than a week and it was very smooth and efficient. If you are on the search of prescription lenses and you like Ray-Ban, this store is a pleasure to work with; they are very professional, knowledgeable and diligent. Top-notch customer service!

I have NEVER had such a terrible experience in a retail store as I did at the Ray-Ban shop on Lincoln Street in Miami. The only saving grace is the staff—two guys who actually know what customer service means. They are friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, their boss is the complete opposite.
The manager (if you can even call her that) has absolutely NO idea how to treat customers. Rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. It’s as if she’s doing you a favor by allowing you to spend your hard-earned money in the store. I felt like I was an inconvenience just by walking in.
The moment I saw her attitude, I knew I had made a mistake stepping inside. If I ever see her in the shop again, I won’t even go near the door—I’d rather buy sunglasses from a street vendor than deal with that level of unprofessionalism again.
