South Beach Parasail — Local services in Miami Beach

Okay so this "business" is unprofessional and unorganized. Yesterday 07/29/16 I booked the last slot at 5:45p to go parasailing. I arrived at the beach around 3:30p....I went over to the area and asked if there was any cancellations so I could go earlier to which they said they are booked and I could not. I had no problem with that. So I paid $30 for parking and bought beach chairs and umbrellas($35) to use while waiting. Around 5:20p I went to check in with the "business" again. The lady asked me to sign a waiver to which I then showed her a confirmation email showing that I already signed one. She then told me that we would be starting soon. I looked around and all of the little seating they provided were taken....so I showed her that I was not that far off from the area. She said my number out aloud to me and asked if I could be reached via that number. I said yes and then she advised me that she would call me when it wash time. She did not take down my name or checked off my name off a list or anything of that nature. Fast forward now to 6:00p myself and my husband began to wonder how long until they would get going. So we walked over there and the woman tells us that the last boat already left. EXCUSE ME!!!! You told me you would call when it was time to head out and then she had the audacity to tell me the last boat already left?!?! She did offer to reschedule or refund me my money. But I definitely had them refund me cause who would want to ever deal with them again in the future. 1. I'm on vacation and was leaving the next day. 2. Money was wasted as well as my time waiting for them, I could have taken my money to another company. 3. The lady mentioned weekends are the busiest so why not provide more seating to where I would have been able to sit right at the area to wait for us to head out. 4. No name was taken down or checked off to ensure that all PAYING customers were accounted for. Never again would I book with this "business" and I suggest no one else attempts to parasail with this...

This review it is for Mr. Daniel for his missing me behave with his customer servers. I wish if I can give you zero because that's what you the Deserve Daniel, This is a lesses for you to learn how to take care your customer servers no matter what customers have the right !!!!! I went for parasaing on Tuesday may 31/2016 . Leave me tell you The experience I had it there was very very very very bed bed bed customer service , They are thief , they r thief your money ... So I went in there to get it or make a reservation or tickets, idk Anything about it "parasailing " so too girl was down there , One it was a Spanish the other one it was America ,,, the white girl was very rude with the customers """ hey white girl if you don't know how to deal with customer service stay home sweetie or do something else for leaving since u don't know how to deal with customer service " member white girl when I put you on the right place when you was very rude with me and with the others and after that I put you on right place you was nice with me .. So I purchase it two ticket a nd pic $75 for one the total was $ 180 with the pic. Karma toll me the trip was 45 min which one that was a lie it was less than 10 minutes to trip what are liars . So I was very upset with a trip " parasaing " I get home and I try to see the pictures they charge me , was nothing in the chip , I called to complain and to get my refund back they're didn't care , they're didn't give me the full refund back so that's the reason that I'm doing it the rewiew cuz they should care about Custom severs . I said it to Daniel all what I wanna it is my refund back he refuses ... Pls ppl stay away from this Business , they're thief???? My groups or ppl was 5 so Damiel is coming 5 more...

So I HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest you book with this company! They were awesome!!!From beginning to finish... just awesome!!! We visited the south beach location and really had an awesome time! Everyone was pleasant and answered all of my questions during the many times I called until after our adventure was completed.

The small boat operator who transported us to the parasailing boat was jovial and helped ease our tensions as we had never gone parasailing before and the instructor on the bigger boat took amazing pictures of us during the trip !

They were so helpful because we even misplaced our keys during the trip and realIzed well after they had closed and left the location but they still answered their phones after hours and found us to deliver our lost keys. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY!!!

I would’ve given them a huge tip if I had cash on me but nonetheless they were awesome! My friends and I had an awesome time and one of my friends even got a little seasick and the guy on the big boat was so caring and concerned !

Honestly they gave A+ 5 star service and i believe everyone should book with them. I will definitely book with them and them only when i return to Miami!
