During our recent 5-day trip to Miami, we found ourselves returning to Liberty Argentina not once, not twice, but three times for dinner—it was just that good. As owners of an Argentinian food truck in Sacramento, we’re deeply familiar with authentic Argentinian flavors, and Liberty Argentina delivered beyond expectations.
From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the incredible team of Diana, Gastón, Kevin, and Isías. In a city where auto-gratuity is often the norm, their service went far above and beyond. They made every visit feel special, ensuring we had a memorable experience each time.
Now, let’s talk about the food. Over our three visits, we indulged in the milanesa, bife de chorizo, entraña, and the dreamy crepes with ice cream. Every dish transported us straight back to Argentina. But the standout moment for me was on our final night when I tried the fettuccini Alfredo. The homemade pasta was simply incredible—creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I can’t stop thinking about it, and I’m already mourning the fact that I won’t get to experience it again until we return.
If you’re in Miami and craving authentic Argentinian cuisine, I can’t recommend Liberty Argentina enough. Whether you’re new to the flavors or a lifelong fan, this place will win you over—heart, soul, and taste buds.
Bravo to the team for creating such an...
Read moreIf I could give them no stars I would. First of all we walked in and the "hostess" was sitting at the bar she picked her head up and said "hi" then she decided to walk up to us and says "umm how about you sit here?" My husband and I looked at eachother like hmmmm ok... we sat down and asked for a high chair when the waiter brought it over he brushed off the crumbs🙈🙈🙈 really? You didn't wipe it off after the last child used it? So after that we decided to order and another waiter who took our order didn't offer us any specials nor did he go over the menu he took our drink order and brought my husband his and had to ask me again for mine 🙈 The food was pretty bland no seasoning at all,my husband ordered a sandwich de vacio well done and it came out medium rare; the service wasn't very attentive you would have thought they were busy when really they only had 3 tables including ours. Being Argentinian i was very excited to go and try this new restaurnt on our vacation to Miami, my brother in law told us to def. Check it out and that it was awsome; we did but unfortunately it fell short of its expectations. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, it's honestly not...
Read moreTerrible experience at Parrilla Liberty. I had dined at this restaurant on previous occasions, but today I was shockingly denied service simply because my wife wasn’t planning to eat.
I explained that she would just be accompanying me — as she had done before without issue — but the staff refused to seat us. I was treated with disrespect and made to feel unwelcome in front of my family, as if we were trying to take advantage of something. We weren’t asking for anything for free — just to have a paid meal.
This kind of rigid, unreasonable behavior shows a complete lack of customer service. A restaurant that treats guests this way doesn’t deserve our business. I will never come back to this such a disrespectful place and advise anyone to not go.
Consider this a warning to anyone who values respect and common sense.
The owner has just replied, he was very sarcastic, confirming everything i wrote here. Thank you for confirming how...
