For the past 2 days I was trying to make it to my appointment being a busy working mom. Salons are luxury! Finally made an appointment for today I was running 5 minutes behind so I called to apologize. I get there and the nail tech I had chosen on my appointment was doing someone else’s make up the front desk said she was going to take 20 minutes so I agreed. I had read the previous bad review from yesterday so I wanted to make sure I had someone else. I still decided to wait, I was asked if I wanted to drink something I said coffee which I had to ask for twice. The front desk sat me on one of the pedicure stations started the water for the pedicure (very hot I had to turn it off myself) at this point I was already trying to relax it’s my birthday tomorrow so I wasn’t trying to stress I was actually going to spend a lot more money because I wanted to pamper myself so I asked for the list of services so I could request more stuff. The water got cold all from me waiting 45 MINUTES!! For the person who I had originally made the appointment with to take care of me. Not for one second she or anyone came to apologize for the delay even the other tech fell bad for me and said once she was done she would take care of me. Bad organization, front desk seemed overwhelmed with work and just overall poor customer service. Regardless of the great reviews this place had this was my first experience. I finally found the best hair salon and the best stylist Naome from Bler. Coming from New York It was very hard for me to find a place that I liked and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Naomi took the time to listen to my ideas and concerns about my hair, and offered valuable suggestions that perfectly aligned with my style.

The level of skill and expertise that Naome demonstrated was truly impressive. She transformed my hair into something I didn't think was possible, and I left the salon feeling like a million bucks! The attention to detail and the care put into every cut/color/style were exceptional.

Not only is Naome incredibly talented, but she also created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere during my visit. It felt more like catching up with a friend than just a standard appointment.

CRISTINA has been so amazing from day 1! I started getting haircuts with her about 2 years ago. I’d never had highlights or anything done to my hair because I was always afraid that it wouldn’t look good or natural... so when I finally decided to do it I knew I had to go to someone I trusted! I was very nervous and explained to her that I really wanted a natural look. Cristina has such a great personality and is very knowledgeable so she makes you feel comfortable about it. In the end it was 10 times better than what I had imagined! Im in love with my new look! She is the BALAYAGE EXPERT!! I have received so many compliments on how natural it looks, and how well it was done from friends and other hairstylists!
