The location—I absolutely love it. First off, there’s parking, which is a big deal in Miami. It’s so refreshing to find a coffee shop where you can actually sit down, relax, and not feel like you're on the clock or have to rush just to avoid a ticket or keep updating your meter. The ambiance is open, spacious, and new. It has this really beautiful, European café vibe—like if you were strolling through a street in Europe and came across a cozy little spot. That’s exactly the kind of feeling it gives. The croissant selection is incredible. I had the almond and the plain one, and both were super fresh, delicious, and just perfect. The empanadas? Also amazing—freshly made, warm, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take care with everything they make. The service is wonderful, and the coffee… wow. It has this rich, bold flavor with a deep, almost smoky chocolate or roasted hazelnut note. It's the kind of coffee that actually has body and substance—not flat or boring at all. Honestly, if they don’t sell their beans, they really should.

First time coming here to try this place in my neighborhood. Unfortunately the service was not the best. I came early morning to an empty place , they saw me but nobody said hi, server she didn’t smile once , she didn’t give me receipt for my order, she threw it right away without letting me look what I paid for, and they just brought the food to me without any word. I told them that I will eat there and they still brought a coffee and green juice in plastic cups ???!!! I am aware that it’s just a bistro but little warmer welcome or a smile would be appreciated to feel welcomed. Otherwise would be very nice place , definitely could have become my morning routine If the server would change their attitude, food was ok. French toast little too oily to my taste. Coffee was good . Pastry and desserts looked really good as well.

We went super early in the morning right when they open thinking that we would be getting fresh baked pastries but instead they gave us croissants that felt old or from the day before and they didn’t even warmed them up we had to ask for it because it was super hard to chew. So I got kinda turned off by this because I really was looking forward to try their “good croissants” ☹️ We also ordered hot chocolate that was meh nothing special, also would have preferred thicker and with more flavor. So overall this is an okay place to go but for the price and how the place looks which is really nice design I was expecting a better quality products and service. There’s definitely better quality cafes here in Miami in terms of food and pastries.

My family and I come here regularly. Its a nice little place in our neighborhood walking distance from our home and the food and atmosphere are great, as are (most of) the employees. However, I am appalled at the the way the manager, Gustavo, treated us during our most recent visit. We ordered food and as he was bringing it out, we tried to get his attention to let him know it was our order but he passed our table and gave the food to the couple next to us. When he walked by again I tried to once again explain to him that I was pretty sure that was our order and that we were waiting for our food before that other couple ordered. His response was "There are many orders!" and he walked away. The other couple then approached him told him that that wasn't what they had ordered but they had already taken a bite out of the food. He then brought the food back over to us and when we told him it had already been eaten he got upset and said "They didnt eat it!" and just grabbed the plate and furiously threw it into a pile of dirty dishes behind the counter. Mario, one of the other employees, was kind enough to apologize on his behalf. It seems that Gustavo is a terrible manager, both in the way he treats the staff and the customers. We were informed that his attitude has caused them to lose customers and I can see why. Granier really needs to rethink who they hire to run their establishments before they lose patronage to poor...

Service staff at this place is super unfriendly. Never though you are local and they see you every day , they always have these pain unhappy faces and a very not customer centric attitude. And they are often rude, and argumentative. One time I was staying till closing with my laptop and the waiter came and started grabbing my cups and kicking me out in a very rude way . Then they give you these loyalty cards where you collect your points and each time they have to give you a bonus coffee for your card they start arguing with you and look very pissed that they have to give you something “for free”. Overall they have a negative vibe that is spoiling my mood. The staff definitely needs customer service training. It’s not just about the coffee, it is also about people skills. When you give them your feedback instead of apologizing they tell you “if you don’t like it don’t come back” these people definitely don’t give a f… about their customers . “Don’t open a coffee shop if you don’t know...
