I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience at Ark Smoke Shop was seriously next level—I had to back them up. This place just gets it when it comes to quality products and making sure the customer is taken care of.

A massive shoutout goes to Raymond, who is absolutely the MVP employee at this location. When I called in, he was totally professional but also just chill and easy to talk to. He patiently handled all my questions, concerns, and comments without any fuss. The dude clearly knows his stuff and actually cares about giving you a seamless experience. It’s obvious why he’s so respected by everyone.

Honestly, the entire overall shop experience was fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back, the quality products they stock are straight fire, and the whole staff is super cool and friendly. I had such a great time that I knew I had to drop this review immediately.

This is hands down the best smoke shop on the area, they have treated me amazing from the start, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and had an answer to every question I had, I usually go to sleep at night after long day and they recommended the delta nine Indica which was exactly what I needed, I also get my vapes here cheaper than across the street, they have everything I can think of, and the people out there are super friendly, again for the people who helped me I truly appreciate and value your time.
