My friend chose a cinnamon roll and a flat white, and he said it was one of the best cinnamon rolls he had ever tasted. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I took my last visit personal and I was so disappointed. I’ve been going to this place multiple times a week since it opened. It’s gotten more popular over time and I believe the shop can’t keep up with its increase in traffic because the food quality and customer service has declined significantly. Because I’m a loyal customer, I continued to go anyway. During my last visit, I was taken care of by the owner or manager and she was incredibly rude. I honestly feel she is racist because it’s not the first time I’ve heard some one of color complain about mistreatment. It was honestly strange. Maybe she was having a bad day? It seemed like she was putting more effort into being rude rather than being professional. I’m kind and polite, I don’t understand why she would act this way. Any way I’m leaving this review in hopes that the coffee shop will circle back on their customer service and work on treating every one equally. Also, she gave me burnt pastries.
