Do not go to this place this is the worst service I have received in Miami and in general. I have scheduled my appointment a day in advance I made it to my appointment and the technician was screaming like crazy on the poor reception is saying she will not have me I cannot highlight enough how loud she was screaming in front of me. Her next move was to leave the place in my face! I literally wasted my time paying for parking, canceling meetings to make it in order for the technician to treat me the worst I’ve been treated, and for no reason. that wasn’t my first time there. The nice poor receptionist scheduled a different appointment for me saying she was sorry and then I went for another appointment the next day. I was stuck in traffic calling to notify I am five minutes late because of traffic, the receptionist told me there is no problem and they are there waiting for me. it hasn’t been another two minutes and I received another call telling me, again, that the technician (other technician) must leave, and she cannot have me as well. I Immediately ask how come?!since it’s 6 o’clock,I scheduled an appointment after a cancellation of my last appointment and hours of operations are up to 7 PM. Of course I didn’t receive any appropriate response, this is the worst lack of professionalism I have run into. I wasted time money gas and a lot of energy just trying to get a pedicure appointment!!! On a scale of 1-10, I would say 0 is an understatement on both professionalism and customer service. It was actually jarring, considering I had a great experience with brows. The manicurist on staff, Juany, was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory. I went in for the most simple manicure task ever. Remove the gel polish and paint with regular polish. She wanted to use a filing machine to remove the gel mani, and I said to use a nail file because my nail beds are weak. She said I had no business telling her how to do her job, she has removed her customers’ gel manicure with the filing machine and never has had a problem, and that the nail file takes too long to remove the gel polish with. I said, I understand, but I still want to use the nail file, that’s what I am paying for, I don’t mind paying extra for her time. She got livid, saying she does things her way, and that she wasn’t going to do my nails, and proceeded to call me crazy. Needless to say, last stop there.
