Pega Grill — Restaurant in Miami

I’ve allowed so many instances (3 specifically) to pass before even deciding to post a review today was the last straw (10/22/2018; but today I was absolutely annoyed beyond belief! My 2 collegiates and I came into the restaurant self seated and order placed our order after 2-3 minutes. My colleagues both ordered the gyro wrap and I the Pega Burger (well done). 30 minute pass by and we’re lokming around for our waiter- he catches our glances and noted the items will be shortly. My colleagues and I continue to laugh and talk- 15 mins go by without us realizing it then when we noticed we still had not gotten our food. My colleague gets up and asks the gentlemen for our food and he informs its coming now and it has only taken that long because the burger was well done. (Yeah sure). 6 minutes later when our food comes I am beyond starving... I bite into my burger and the meat is pink— no exaggeration when I say this— the outsides were dark but the inside was medium rare and medium well on some parts! I was livid! When I went to the counter with the tray in hand the guy (server) say, “oh no.” and took the tray before I could even speak. At this point I am boiling but remain silent!!! The guy comes over to me and says the can re-do it but it will be 15 mins... I don’t have that time- I’m on lunch! So the guy says they could deliver and I said okay but how long... 40 mins because we’re busy... I got up and walked the hell out!!! I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN.... either you food is wrong, you get your food after a large party which arrived after you, or they mixed up the...

Love this place.I love there food, especially their Tuesday special - the Greek meatballs over the basmati rice and everytime I go, I HAVE TO HAVE their spicy feta dip and at least a small greek salad. I don't know, but I think I have a things for their feta cheese.

Everything is always super fresh. You can tell the owner and the manager really care. The manager walks around making sure every table is happy and you can see the owner standing by the entrance to the kitchen making sure every plate that comes out it perfect, and the owner is straight from Greece, so you know you are getting authentic food.

I love it! Too bad I can't give it a higher rating than 3, it deserves like a 12 on a scale of 0-3. Absolutely...
