BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. 100% the worst building I have ever lived in. It was nice until the homeless people started to sleep in front of the building and would make their way to the pool area due to no security. People have been stabbed multiple times in front of the building and there was a woman found dead in the bathroom on the 15th floor gym level. Moving in was an absolute nightmare because I had to deal with rude and disrespectful management except for 1 guy who was nice to me. I have made multiple maintenance requests either to be ignored or told they will not fix it. The AC units were installed by 5 year olds because they make a loud terrible noise anytime you have it running. Clearly the AC fans were installed wrong and the management is too lazy to do anything about it even when I brought it to their attention multiple times. After constantly dealing with disrespectful management and living in a poorly maintained building I decided to leave. When I left I thought it was over but all the stress of living there came back to me after I recently received my security deposit. I am being charged for things that make absolutely no sense. I am a clean freak and I always clean and make sure the place looks good and they are trying to tell me I left the apartment with over $2,500 worth of damages. Before I moved into this building they used my apartment as a model unit which had over 500 people walking in and out of the unit every week. I made multiple maintenance requests explaining these damages but they were ignored over and over again. I will attach an image showing how much money these scam artists are trying to take from me after already getting my rent of $33,000 for the year. Money hungry scam artists that know how to squeeze every penny out of people who live there and at the other buildings Melo Group has developed. They think they can pull a fast one on me but my attorney will be getting involved and if needed this will be taken to small claims court. IMAGE ATTACHED

The most unprofessional and dishonest leasing office I have ever seen. Now I 100% believe the other reviews that say they will steal your deposit. I called the leasing office on October 21st and they told me they will have an apartment available in November for $2,175. I then followed up with an email 30 minutes later to get videos of the apartment and begin the process. All of a sudden they began telling me that the apartment will be $2,375. So they just completely lied about the price. To top it all off they were extremely dismissive over email and sent an email practically screaming in all caps. I don't know what's wrong with this building, but if they treat you this bad before you're a tenant imagine how much worse it will be after signing the lease.

Spent last week viewing the property. The units are extremely small, not worth the exorbitant pricing they are asking. Especially, because there lack of transparency regarding the rooms actual square footage is off by a foot or 2 in the 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom. They account the Terrance as living space to bulk up the actual square footage. How can a 2 bedroom 2 bath be the same square footage as a 3 bedroom 2 bath I ask haha. This Melo development group is ruining miami with there cheaply made over priced buildings they have put up in the last 3 years.

I lived there for 1 year & just recently moved out. Unfortunately, I would not recommend living here. We were some of the first people to move into the building so I had no idea what to expect. The parking garage is so small & tight and cars speed through there, mirrors are tiny, idk how more wrecks don't happen. The security guards don't do anything - I've seen them at the pool with their families, hitting on females, being bro's with the guys. Instead of having an amenities floor like they advertise, half of the 15th floor is residential with a tiny gym (treadmills always broken & never any sanitizing wipes) and a cafe to make money. Absolutely nothing to accommodate pets (no dog wash, no grass, no turf, nothing) and they make you use the back door in the parking garage to take out your dog as you're not allowed to go through the lobby. I have encountered dog waste in the elevators many times, as well as right outside of MY door. The elevators always smell like weed or musty BO. Homeless people are everywhere in this area. Most of them are super nice & harmless, but the amount has at minimum tripled in the last year. Cops and ambulances have been outside of the building multiple times this year alone. They never do anything for the residents - no social hours, no contests, no complimentary gifts/goodies, zero recognition. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with, never respond to emails, and if you don't speak Spanish, you won't survive living here.

Now on to our move out process.. we were told that the walls needed to be repainted & the apartment needed to be cleaned. The ONLY place that sells the exact paint colors charges $85 for the two different paints & only offers gallon sizes. Management said they would charge $150 PER WALL if we didn't touch up the walls (scuff marks, normal wear and tear). So, we bought the paint & our apartment looked better than before we moved in. We spent hours cleaning & painting. During the walk through, they complimented how good/nice our apartment looked & they were sad to lose us. They deducted $500 for an administrative fee, $50 for the fridge water filter, and then.. $206 for a cleaning fee for the BALCONY!!!! I had furniture and a rug outside the entire time. It wasn't dirty, nothing was left behind, but they said it wasn't "clean". There is continuous construction going on & dust and dirt is going to be present OUTSIDE. This place only cares about money & not it's residents. Extremely disappointed & sad that this place was my first experience living in Miami....

I am the owner of a Pilates Studio located in this building, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. Firstly, my unit is impeccably maintained, boasting beautiful windows that offer a stunning view. Secondly, the staff is always available, 24/7, ready to assist with anything. Thirdly, they have enhanced the security measures, ensuring a safe environment.

Furthermore, the amenities are not only clean but also exquisite. The restaurant and gym facilities are exceptional. Additionally, all amenities are consistently in working order; I have noticed buildings with fewer occupants experiencing more maintenance issues, which has never been the case here.

The building itself is impeccably maintained and conveniently located. I am truly grateful to have found such a wonderful space.

Lastly, I must commend Fidel, the manager of this building. He is incredibly easy to work with, attentive, and kind, even when he is always dealing with a lot of things at the same time. He truly...
