Horrible experience. My fiance and I went to shop for my engagement ring. We got all the details of what we wanted, including my sizing. My fiance proposed and it was way too big, like not even close. I tried to come in to resize and clean, they fully ghosted me. They didn’t answer my calls or texts, nor did they take any responsibility for not sizing my ring. I ended up having to go to a random jeweler who told me the ring was a 6.25 size and I am a size FIVE!!! 5!!! They literally gave us the ring as is! Couldn’t even bother to size or try to resize.
