FP Movement — Local services in Miami

Just based off recent experience kinda dissapointed. I helped open this location , was part of the team watching everything get built, moving product in, getting everything online and working there, after moving to the beach location I sometimes come back and visit to shop.

Recently i dont recognize any of the girls, but most make it a point to not talk to anyone. I understand its hard, i persoanlly have a hard time communicating when I feel drained, but no greeting, no nothing seems a little odd. I was walking around for a bit loooking for sizes and trying to ask individuals for help and they kinda were just too distracted folding or running around. I wanted to ask more about this 300 dollar duffle for a trip, and get some clothing but my size was not in the front.

And i kinda gave up and just walked out. I get working at the store you have to be more "patient" but if i treated people like that i wouldve gotten chewed the hell out. Or as a manager chewed those people out. all in all, felt kinda like i should shop on line or wait until another day maybe someone will be in a better...

I visited the store on 10/10/24 around 3pm to make a return for free people, but I was informed by the lady at the front that the store had "reached the maximum returns for free people for the day." I found this to be quite unusual, so I took the time to contact customer service, and they also confirmed that it was odd and not in line with their policies. The lady suggested that I go to another mall nearby, stating it was only 10 minutes away, but when I left, I realized it was actually 20 minutes away. It seemed like she was insisting that I go there instead of returning to the same store on another day. When I arrived at the suggested mall, I inquired about this unusual policy, and the staff member confirmed that it was not a standard policy. It's disappointing when employees don't uphold ethical practices...

I don’t usually write reviews but after my experience at FP movement in Cocowalk I felt compelled to. I had such an incredible and positive experience shopping there. When I walked in I was greeted but wasn’t bombarded by workers and given the space I needed to look around, and then after a bit I was asked if I needed anything to ask. I wish I had gotten her name, but the worker who helped me was so fun and helpful without being pushy at all. Without even asking she’d bring sizes and colors from the back for the few options I wanted but weren’t in the front. I made out with 3 happiness runs tops (my new favorite top). Overall loved the vibes of the store and for once didn’t get the normal anxiety I get from dealing with sales associates. 10/10 recommend this store and can’t...
