Jo Malone London — Local services in Miami

Stopped by the lovely Jo Malone London store in Brickell City Centre. Located on the 1st level.

The store is beautifully displayed with simple decor. I came in here looking for a specific gardenia scented perfume I saw at a department store but didn't get a chance to shop more closely and purchase.

Jo Malone specializes in fragrances, candles and bath/body care. The scents are really nice.

Jennifer helped us and she was very personable and friendly. I waited patiently for her to finish with another customer before inquiring about the gardenia scent I was looking for. They didn't have the specific gardenia perfume but she guided me to a similar option, Tuberose Angelica. This perfume had the scents of white florals. Also beautiful but also very strong. Jennifer said I could go online and see if they still offer the gardenia option but unfortunately they do not have it in store.

We looked around and scoped out some of the other scents and I really loved the English Pear & Freesia combo. Very delicate and fresh. So nice. We didn't buy anything today but I will look online to see if I can find my gardenia scent before buying the English Pear & Freesia one.

Today was my first time ever at Jo Malone. We had the best experience doing “scent your wedding” this morning!!! Bogdana was incredibly kind, personable, and patient with my indecisiveness between various scents! We originally came in just for myself, but my fiancé was so intrigued he ended up choosing a wedding scent as well. To top it off, we got our bottles engraved with our initials and wedding date. When checking out, Bogdana realized it was my birthday and gave us a little extra something special as first time customers. It was my first time visiting Miami, and I needed a fresh new perfume. I had the pleasure of stopping by the Jo Malone store in the Brickell mall and had the pleasure of meeting Emma! it was such a fun experience as it was my girlfriend’s first time in the store.
