I would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere if you're planning on renting or owning in this building. The building is very pretty and the views are breathtaking. The pool is amazing, although it doesn't get a lot of sunlight. I was so happy to live here in my first few weeks. That quickly changed when I realized that the gym closes at 8pm every night. I would understand a pool, but to close a gym that early is a little ridiculous. This week they also implemented a new rule where you have to actually come downstairs and meet the driver outside to receive your food. That is insanely inconvenient. The elevators being one of the biggest challenges. Often it takes 30+ minutes to get out of the building because only 1 elevator is working to service 40 floors. Add internet outages to constant neighborhood construction and traffic due to one way streets, the heats stadium and park events like Ultra. You can hear everything what your neighbors do due to tiny walls. The “management” who is supposed to help solve the issues, just creating the issues for the residents in the middle of a lease.
