Blue Water Cafe — Restaurant in Miami

Great all around experience. Started a little off with mis-charges to my credit card, but Luisa the manager rectified it quickly and was very professional and helpful. Our assigned server Edgar continued the top notch service, and was attentive the whole time even while running food and stock back and forth to the main hotel (appreciate the hustle.) Getting the cabana is worth it if you're looking for the added privacy and service. Guacamole was A1 (add the fresh tuna, it's worth it!) and the lobster Mac and cheese which is based on the chef's lobster bisque was a creamy explosion of flavor and included actual chunks of lobster claw. Pool area is family friendly. Keep this in mind if you're looking for a more adults only day party vibe. Would def consider coming back if visiting...

JuanCarlos, Ernesto, Clint and all the professional staff at the Inter- Continental are most congenial and knowledgeable. Our favorite quote so far is: "Please let me do that for you! Remember: Your job is to relax. Our job is to help you do your job!"

Btw, they're all fun 'Foodies' and their recommendations have been spot-on and delicious. Wash it down with a draught of their excellent nutty Porter with a perfectly understated...

Great service, food and drinks! I had one mojito that was tasty, but it cost me US$15.43, a bit expensive as all places in Miami, all venues in Miami include 15%-18% tip in the bill. In one bill was written "voluntarily 18% tip". I have been in many continents, countries and cities, but nobody does that...That is why Americans prefer to vacation in Canada, much less expensive and no tip is included...
