UPDATE: Decided to try the SiSu clinic in Brickell City center, and now I’m HOOKED 🪝 like a mermaid 🧜🏻‍♀️out of water!!! The service, professionalism, and Susie’s expertise on what was best and needed for me was beyond real! I’m not one to “overdue” procedures because I believe in “the less the better” not to catch the wrong attention to my face, and that was the opinion I received from Susie without her knowing I was agreeing at every turn. Today was my last procedure and I could not be happier. She has gone above and beyond my expectations. I have committed myself to “refreshers” to maintain a youthful, supple skin with great discounts! A great experience all around.

-Walking into SISU clinic in Merrick Park CG,I was greeted by Daniela with a smile. She immediately ask if I wished to have any water, as she looked up my appointment time. Once confirmed, I explained to her that their website page was not allowing me to register my phone number, in which time she was pleasantly agreeing on the situation at hand. Once resolved Daniella guided me to their waiting area, where I didn’t have to wait at all. I was almost immediately called and introduced to Meredith, the esthetician. She introduce herself as we entered the room and we started talking about my concerns. Nevertheless, we indulged in great personal family topics! Her beautiful baby bump and great disposition was so comforting, since I had not had any facial work done previously to this for over a decade. Meredith professionalism gave me a sense of peace and before you know it, she was done poking the hell outta me with incredible instant results (which was what I wanted and she delivered!) with minimal discomfort. My plan was explained so clearly by her, I decided on it and a staff member came back with an incredible discount!!!! I accepted and committed to my appointments with Claire who was very knowledgeable about several programs and incredible discounts, plus also carrying a baby beautiful bump! All in all, I am extremely satisfied with all the details taken by the organization/clinic as well as knowledgeable and professional/warm personnel. I purchased the $495 3-area Botox with free lip-flip promotion in June 2023. On my initial visit, I told the injector I usually take 60 units for all 3 areas. She initially injected 36 units, assuring me that was sufficient & inviting me back in 2 weeks to determine whether I require more Botox. In ten years of using Botox, I have never had to return in 2 weeks for a "touch-up." Nevertheless, I returned in 2 weeks because my forehead still had lines & one eye had some lines. She estimated I needed only eight (8) more units. Note, I declined the "lip-flip" in lieu of using those units on my 3 target areas.

On today's date, which is 3 weeks after my "touch up" visit, I still have frown lines & eye lines. I am neither impressed nor pleased with the services I received and won't be returning. I wasted $495; the most I have ever spent on Botox for my frown & eye lines. I won't be returning.

I’ve been to multiple med spas and have had injections for 7 years, and I’ve never had someone rush to get me in and out the way Vanessa did. She didn’t offer numbing cream (I was doing my cheeks & chin) and when I asked, she made it seem like an inconvenience. She discouraged me from using it before, during, and after, saying it was just a placebo, and got an attitude when I insisted. She also didn’t offer anything to make me more comfortable, like a stress ball… I had to ask for it (another inconvenience). When I was nervous about how my chin felt, she stopped and told me to come back.

I tried this place because they were cheaper, but this is not the type of experience you should have. Go to someone who actually cares about your comfort and well-being.

I want to add because of this experience I’m not even confident in my filler or how I look.
