Sept 2021 update - see photos I come here a lot. Iâm lowering to 3 stars because of the filth in this place, especially the copy center. This place looks like it hasnât been cleaned in ages. Itâs a shame
4-30-21 Update The copy area has been getting super crowded lately. The self-serve area machines may break every now and then -which happened to me recently. The closest clerks to this area are handling the customers in the long line for the copy center. This area is packed in comparison to the check-out line by the door. I was seeing more employees at check-out, some even wondering around when I think management should be sending the copy center some help.
Iâve been coming to this Staples since I moved to the area back in 2017. I buy all of my kidsâ school supplies here, masks, do printing, get my work supplies here as well and do quality printing for work and my sonâs school projects. The print quality is impecable and they also use a special kind of paper for color prints so it definitely looks more professional. Thereâs a self-serve area with 3 machines that you can use to print, scan, copy. They are simple to use and you also get the same quality as if you went to the associate at the counter.    Read moreTerrible customer service, I approached a floor attendant name tag said (Maria) extremely rude with no customer service skills, I said excused me she replied "what do you want" I said "great customer service skills" she replied "slavery time is over if you don't like it get out of here" I turned around and noticed the cashier and another attendant have witnessed the whole scene, as I was leaving the GM (Jose) approached me and I explained what happened and I asked for their corporate complaint department number to file a proper complaint.. Our company does or did business with them but is not the 1st time that attitudes and poor customer service has been an issue with other colleagues but today i was the lucky one. Tuesday 3/20/24 130pm! If you're having a bad day and we all have those maybe is a good idea to stay home, if you don't like to work with people maybe you should consider another field. I wouldn't go back nor recommend that store nor services to anyone, hopefully management do follow up and do a proper training for customer service skills to their employees to avoid future issues and losing other customers.... Remember you're not doing us a favor we are paying for a service and if you don't like to work around people go find another job and don't hurt the company's...
   Read moreI tried to print some PDF documents, exactly 7 documents of 10 pages each, the assistance at the counter was not available, although they only served whoever they wanted, White male, 40 years old, green eyes, does not qualify for treatment.They make me send an email to be able to print my documents, after putting my credit card They tell me that they can only print the email... Not the documents... They suggest using a computer To open the documents there, obviously with an extra charge... You're welcome I agreed, but you had no choice... I opened the document but it won't let me print... While the time is still running.Finally someone came to attend with a bad face, and downloaded my documents on the computer to be printed.Time keeps running.At last it gives me the option to print... $17 dollars each document.For 10, it would be $170 for my black and white prints, plus computer time.With a bad attitude they told me what it cost... When more same impressions elsewhere, I pay an average of 6 cents per impression.In the end I had to cancel everything, and as if that were not enough, they charged me the use of the computer, $10 dollars And I couldn't do anything, besides, I realized that if you're not the same color as them, you're not welcome.It's time to stop coming and look...
