PISTACCHIO pane e caffe — Restaurant in Miami

A MUST GO!!!!! A new gem in town (just 3 weeks open!) bringing true Neapolitan flavors to Miami, with a pistacchio twist. Every ingredient is top quality, and the recipes are straight from Italy.

We started with their sandwich with pistacchio pesto, burrata, mortadella, lettuce, and tomato served on freshly baked bread (Rosetta) made in-house with real Italian flour. We also tried two pizzas: the classic Marinara with San Marzano tomatoes , oregano and olive oil and the Focaccia Pugliese with olives, sun dried tomatoes and both made with 24 hour leavened dough. So light and full of flavor, crunchy but so soft inside a must try!! Let me say also that they have a full mozzarella bar, authentic buffalo mozzarella di Battipaglia( if you’re Italian you know!). For dessert, we shared a little of everything (go see my photos!): tiramisù, pastiera napoletana with pistacchio cream and nuvoletta al pistacchio too, delizia al limone, babà with chantilly cream with fresh strawberries and blackberries, a tiramisu in a coffee bean shape😍 and a chocolate cake to die for😉!! To finish: affogato al caffè with pistacchio cream/spread vanilla gelato (gelato is home made!!) with a shot of espresso …. an absolute must. Probably the best affogato I’ve had in Miami, plus a creamy cappuccino on the side. On Sundays they offer ‘piccola pasticceria’ pick your favs bakery/cake and bring it home as per Napoli tradition! If you love authentic Italian food and really looking to eat good quality food this is where you should go! Congratulations to Pistacchio Pane e Caffè and the entire team! The food is so far the best pastry I have tried on this area, for sure! Best quality, and flavor. I usually get stomach each when eating this kind of things I have tried twice in two days and I can say I’m obsessed and I don’t get sick !
