Limb Jewelers — Local services in Midvale

We loved working with Limb Jewelers! They were the first jewelry store we visited and we were helped by Becky, who was so kind, helpful, and patient. We ultimately visited nine other jewelry stores and decided that we had had the best experience at Limb thanks to Becky and the rings we saw there! We got a pre-made men's ring and a custom moissanite engagement ring, and we love both of them! Mike made our custom ring, and he was amazing. We told him about the different parts of rings we had seen that we liked and wanted combined into one, sent him some pictures, and he made the absolute perfect ring for us, under our budget. It turned out better than we had pictured! He offered his advice on our ideas, but he never pressured us to go against something we wanted, such as when we were set on using moissanite. Limb uses CAD images, which was so helpful in finalizing aspects about the ring. And Mike went above and beyond! When we got the first CAD design, we asked for something to be altered slightly. Based on our request, Mike had some ideas on different ways the floral design on the band could be positioned, so he ended up making 3 different wax models for us to compare! That was truly awesome, because we ended up picking the 3rd wax model that we hadn't even thought to request. We really appreciated how he cared about the ring down to each detail. The pricing at Limb was extremely reasonable, comparable to/on the lower end of the other places we looked. We feel like we got a wonderful deal for an impeccably-made ring. One other thing: our custom ring had an issue with casting that meant we wouldn't get it in time before heading out of town. When Mike found out, I'm not sure how he did it, but he managed to finish our ring within a day just so that we could have it in time! We were able to get engaged like we wanted to before leaving town, and that wouldn't have been possible without Mike! We highly recommend Limb Jewelers, an awesome...

I had the BEST experience working with Limb jewelers. I brought in several pieces that I wanted new designs completed. Moving one stone from a ring to another, sizing, and creating a necklace from scratch with another diamond. All big requests and Mike didn't even bat an eye. I provided an inspiration photo and gave Limd creative freedom to adapt and design the necklace. He kept in contact over the two weeks (only two weeks!) to complete all my requests. I got text updates and images of additional stones to choose from for approval. Erika called the day of pickup to review pricing which was more than reasonable. When I saw the finished product using a family heirloom diamond it brought tears to my eyes. The Limb family is friendly, professional, and provides QUALITY work at a fair and reasonable price. I've used Limb Jewelers twice for two different rings. The first was a wide diamond platinum band. I needed it sized up. They did a beautiful job and did it quickly. They also checked all the diamonds in the band to make sure that changing the size/curve didn't loosen any diamonds. The second time, I brought in a new center diamond to be set into my engagement ring. I was worried they wouldn't do it because I didn't buy the diamond from them, but they were great. They were very careful with my new diamond (measured it, weighed it, etc.) And took pictures of my ring. They gave me three price options (I was also changing from a four prong setting to a six prong setting) for 14k, 18k, and platinum. Again, they were quick and it turned out beautifully.
