While DWR has been a reliable staple in the past, their service has seriously declined. Several items on their website cited as "in stock, available to ship," were NOT in stock, with ship dates as far as six weeks from today. When I tried to connect with customer service, I was on hold for several minutes, and when finally connected to a customer service representative, the call was dropped...TWICE. A message played that my call would be returned in 1-2 business days. A direct competitor offered a similar product at a better price, and shipped the same day. They, and my client got the business, not DWR. My hope is that they return to prior years' record...
Read moreCOVID-19 update: We ordered a new piece from here last month. We were happy that the delivery staff wore masks, clearly were leaving physical space, and up-front offered to make the delivery sign-off touchless. It was extremely friendly, courteous, and safe.
