While DWR has been a reliable staple in the past, their service has seriously declined. Several items on their website cited as "in stock, available to ship," were NOT in stock, with ship dates as far as six weeks from today. When I tried to connect with customer service, I was on hold for several minutes, and when finally connected to a customer service representative, the call was dropped...TWICE. A message played that my call would be returned in 1-2 business days. A direct competitor offered a similar product at a better price, and shipped the same day. They, and my client got the business, not DWR. My hope is that they return to prior years' record...

COVID-19 update: We ordered a new piece from here last month. We were happy that the delivery staff wore masks, clearly were leaving physical space, and up-front offered to make the delivery sign-off touchless. It was extremely friendly, courteous, and safe.

This showroom is always great. I always feel a little self conscious going in here because I roll up with torn jeans and stained shoes. I have to imagine that I look like I'm just there to gawk. Regardless, the staff is always very helpful, offers water, and gives my wife and I space to shop. In particular, we love working...

TL;DR, ask for Luis and you will be taken care of.

Luis let me fart around in-store trying out office chairs without any pressure to purchase. I was originally going to just order online, but my experience with Luis made me want to order with him.

Unfortunately on arrival of my chair, a caster was broken. I contacted Luis and he had a new caster out no questions asked. Unfortunately again, the wrong caster was sent but once again, a quick message to Luis and a new caster...
