My now fiancée and I had an absolutely incredible experience at Kesslers. We went there to look at engagement rings. It was the first place we visited, and we were absolutely floored with how smoothly everything went, how great the service was, and how well they treated us, really helping to make the moment feel special.

Kesslers has a station to try on different bands with different stones that magnetically attach, so you are able to get an idea of what looks good on you before trying on real jewelry. This was something unique to them, as we did not see this anywhere else. They also offer a wide variety of ring options that you are able to try on in store. We found this to be really helpful as many other stores have a much more limited supply of options on hand.

The service we received there was excellent. They are very friendly and not pushy about a sale. We really felt they just wanted to see us happy and were always willing to work within our budget. We worked mostly with Aislynn. She was incredibly attentive, taking notes about us, getting to know us on a personal level, both as a couple and as individuals. She made note of our preferences and helped my fiancée find the perfect ring style for her.

After finding the ring, Aislynn walked aside with me to discuss if the ring was within budget, different payment options, warranties, insurance, and other important information. In the meantime, my fiancée was given time to look at the ring in different lighting and a glass of champagne to keep herself occupied while we discussed. I mentioned the stone that we were looking at was out of my budget. She asked that I don’t rule them out completely, and they would look to find options within my budget. Within a few days, I received an email from saying she found several options within my range to look at. I went back to look at the new stones they brought in, and after a lot of thought and discussion, I selected the one I eventually proposed with. The ring turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and my fiancée loves it even more than the one she tried on in the store.

Aislynn did an incredible job helping us find the perfect ring. She was so attentive to our needs and preferences, listened to us, and always went out of her way to make us feel special. Champagne, beer, and other beverages were offered at every step. She was always informative and easy to reach, and after proposing, she asked us to come in, listened to our proposal story, and provided my fiancée with complimentary wedding guides and a cleaning kit.

I also want to specifically shout out Bev, who filled in for Aislynn while she was out. Bev helped me select the perfect stone for my fiancée’s ring. She was very knowledgeable on the questions I asked regarding the stones, provided her opinions on the quality of the options without pushing the more expensive ones, helped me look at the various stones in different lightings, and helped me make my final decision by weighing in her opinion when asked. She was wonderful to work with.

All in all, we had an excellent experience at Kesslers. Aislynn and Bev were both amazing to work with, but everyone there is incredibly friendly, kind, and want to see their customers happy. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Ariel at Kessler’s designing our custom engagement ring. We came in with an idea of wanting a yellow gold setting with leaves adorning it, and Ariel almost immediately was able to find a similar ring design and brought to life her ideas that ultimately formed the ring of my dreams! Ariel worked with us on designing a setting at Kessler’s that would work with a gemstone that we purchased separately (I wanted a yellow sapphire versus a diamond) and was there for us every step of the way. Many other local jewelers told us that the gemstone should be chosen before the ring setting, and that the way that we were going about our design was silly-focusing on the setting more than the gemstone. However, Ariel and the wonderful team at Kessler’s totally understood why the setting design with the leaves was more important to us than the gemstone itself, and never made us feel like that was the “wrong” way to do things-she was determined to create us the perfect ring and focus on what was important to us, rather than what was the traditional thing to do. One other local jeweler we spoke to while looking for a loose gemstone to purchase accused Kessler’s of “romancing the sale” and told me there was no way our ring design would ever work and that it would be impossible to find a gemstone to fit it-and boy, was he ever wrong. If “romancing the sale” consists of kind, courteous customer service, listening to what the customer is looking for, sticking to their budget (actually, coming in slightly under!), helping them locate the perfect gemstone to fit their beautiful custom setting, and ultimately, creating a one of a kind, perfect engagement ring that I will treasure forever-then I hope every sale is romanced for me! My partner and I brought our engagement ring here to be resized. He did not buy the ring here but from the moment we walked in, we were treated with utmost kindness and respect by Ryan and the team. We were offered some waters, a place to sit, we were encouraged to talk about our ring and our wedding plans. Ryan was very thorough in making sure that because my ring band is unique in shape/pattern, resizing it wouldn't cause a problem. Together with their jewelsmith, they looked very carefully and assured me that they can resize the ring correctly and to my preferred tightness level. They quoted us a week and we got a notice a few days later that it would be ready for pickup the following Monday. We were greeted and recognized by Ryan as soon as we walked in to pick it up and when I inspected the ring, it was excellent! I had to tell them, I was so nervous about it but it turned out great. I did not catch the name of their jewelsmith but I got to say thank-you to her personally as she came out to let us know she enjoyed working on the ring. We appreciate so much the effort it took to mimic the band style, size down to a perfect O shape and have everything done on time. We appreciate the friendliness and respect we were treated with.
