Mason Street Grill gets it right!!!! In a time of COVID minded people who are very wary of going to restaurants ....this fine restaurant/lounge has looked at every detail in order to insure your well being. We were greeted with staff that were impeccably dressed in black and white attire with a matching, tasteful, face mask. All staff wore masks. We sat at the end of the lounges’ bar and were able to observe the activity of diners and staff. Chelsey, our bartenders, was perfect in making us comfortable and was always there to inquire if all was satisfactory during our visit. We were presented with a disposable menu that had a QR code to connect virtually to place our order. The seats were set in pairs and were about 10 feet apart. During the course of the night each time a diner left, a staff member was on the spot disinfecting the area. It was very impressive and put us more at ease to know that this establishment was a place to be. Besides the chopped salad that was made with the freshest of vegetables that my wife insist that I taste (I agreed with the lady’s assessment that it was delicious)! I had the fried clams with French fries that did not disappointed. But the bowl of seafood gumbo was superbly spiced. It was the best that I have ever had! In closing to this lengthy review. I have been so reluctant to go to a restaurant these days, but one can be confined for so long!!! We took a chance. It was so well worth it. Enjoy!

Blue collar money isn't worth much here. I booked a reservation for two here almost a week in advance, excited to spend a romantic evening with my partner at a highly-rated restaurant while on vacation from our home in rural northern Wisconsin. When we arrived, it was pretty apparent that the more money it appears you have, the better the service. We watched three other parties of two be offered a table or chef's view dining. When it was our turn, we were not offered a choice, and were seated at the chef's dining area. The picture in this review is our view. Not so romantic. They literally fill water jugs and process orders in front of us. Food was meh. Waiter was even more meh. I wish people would stop judging your net worth by the clothes you wear, how young you are, the purse you own, or how listlessly you treat others. I could roll with most of the people in this restaurant, but since I don't dress the part, I'm treated as "less than." Wouldn't recommend. If you have the money to spend here, go to Carnivore. Best service and food ever, for not too much more.

Staff was bad. Never removed the wine glasses or cleaned the table, brought us someone else’s appetizer and then took it back and gave it to another table without replacing it for them. The busser tried to take away my plate mid bite. The waiter made our drinks instead of the bartender and they were so sweet as to be almost undrinkable. Every time the waiter came he pushed us to order shots, which was not the vibe of the setting and despite us continuously declining. They forgot the sauce for my steak. I went here for my birthday and not only did they not bring me the cake, but i think they brought it to the wrong table. The quality of the steak was much worse than previously and the filet was sinewy. Cakes are now sheet cakes instead of layer cakes. Many of their best items have been removed from the menu. My family took me here because it was formerly their favorite restaurant. Not sure what has happened but it is greatly changed for the worse.

I have been to Mason Street Grill a few times and each time I am very pleased with how my visit turns out. On my first visit Cesar was such an amazing server! He handled me with care and made the experience amazing. On 2 other visits I had the pleasure of being sat with Alanna who is super amazing. She even helped me to get the tomahawk steak which I really wanted. The manager Seth is great as well. He also made it possible for me to try the tomahawk steak. This was so great for me as I was in town visiting and do not know when I’ll be back. Oh, I also loved each and every steak that Steve made. The NY strip was tender, The dried aged ribeye steak was flavorful and juicy, the tomahawk was cooked to perfection, although a bit fatty, but my all time fave was the 10oz filet mignon. It was hands down one of the best filets I’ve had in my life. I want to come back and I hope I have the pleasure of enjoying another one of Steve’s well cooked steaks.

Mason Street Grill was, as always, phenomenal! We have been going there for the past 20 plus years on date nights, friends nights out and several New Years Eve party’s and alway a perfect steak and along with the sides! We especially love the corn and mushroom sides. This night we ate at the bar to listen to the fantastic live music and our bartender was FANTASTIC! Loved her.

This place was incredible. Food was delicious! Rue and her friend idk his name had the most positive ambience. Super polite and serving. The atmosphere was outstanding and clean. It gave me a Godfather feeling only modernesk. Thank you Mason Street Grill for such a valuable/memorable night.
