Selling things they don't have. DON'T TRUST THEIR WEBSITE!

Ordered a 7" pair of shorts on a tax free day and received a 9". Upon bringing back to the store as an incorrect item, said item was found to have the same internal listing number as the 9".

Store was unable to exchange, so they refunded my initial tax free price and charged me for the second one, with tax. Figured it was only $1.00 extra, okay if I can get the item I originally ordered.

Picked it up today and once again received a 9". I don't think they actually have 7", at this point they're just handing me a hamburger when I asked for salad and swearing it's a salad. At this point, even if they would do a return, I wouldn't dare. They get it wrong the first time, then wrong the second time, so I doubt it will be fixed by the third time.

Hollister keeps the quality high and the style current, which is why my son always wants clothes from here. The store is spotless and feels organized every time we walk in. The staff is constantly folding clothes and checking in to see if we need sizes or help, which makes it easy to find the right fit without wasting time.
