Thank you, Pacific Mountain Sports for helping me shred on the slopes again! After 2 seasons of unsuccessfully trying to make my Lange RX boots less painful for my feet and shins, I called this store as a last ditch effort before I quit skiing for good.

Reaching out to this store turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Ryan, at the Duvall location, along with Jordan & Collin, at the Monroe location, assisted me with finding the perfect fitting ski boot. After patiently allowing me to try on almost every boot at the store, I fell in love with the Dalbello Veloce boots. Ryan went the extra mile and worked with me for nearly 2 hours to configure my new ski boots to my old Salomon bindings. I am pleased to say after 5 trips up to the mountain this season, that the boots and bindings feel amazing and work great.

I had just bought a bike used from OfferUp. Once I brought the bike home I rode it straight to the shop as it's right down the street from me. I am a first time customer and was immediately greeted by all the employees. Had a few questions about the bike I had purchased and they had an answer for ever question. Also gave me more info about the bike without having to ask. Those guys are awesome and easy to talk to and the shop is pretty rad. My next visit I'll be bring the all a coffee. Can't wait to go back such awesome...

Trey and Colin are awesome techs. They tuned my backcountry skis to perform great in a wide variety of snow conditions. I highly recommend the Phantom waxless treatment!
